1. Discovery

Every project starts with a conversation. Once you’ve filled out my booking form, we’ll hop on a discovery call to talk about your goals, what your business stands for, and who you’re trying to reach. I’ll ask the right questions to get to the heart of your brand—because good design starts with good understanding.

After the call, I’ll send over a detailed proposal outlining everything we discussed, along with a contract and deposit invoice to get things rolling.

2. Strategy & Creative Direction

Before any design begins, we dig into the strategy. Depending on the package, this might include a second call where we map out your positioning, audience, brand values, and goals. I’ll follow that up with custom moodboards—crafted to show you a few distinct creative directions in terms of type, color, tone, and layout.

Together, we’ll align on a direction that feels right. This gives us a clear visual foundation rooted in your brand’s story—and ensures we’re heading into design with clarity and intention.

3. Design & Concept Development

This is where ideas take shape.

I dive into concepting with everything we’ve built so far: the strategy, the research, the creative direction. I sketch, iterate, and refine, focusing on ideas that aren’t just visually interesting—but that mean something. Whether it’s a logo or a full brand identity, everything is designed to support the bigger picture of your brand.

From there, I bring the strongest directions into Illustrator and begin building your identity—playing with form, typography, layout, and color to find what really clicks.

4. Presentation & Refinement

Once the initial concept is ready, we’ll hop on a call and walk through the full presentation. I’ll show how the design works, where it came from, and how it comes to life across real-world applications.

You’ll get 2 rounds of refinements to make sure everything feels aligned. Need to pivot creatively? We’ll talk through it and explore new directions if needed.

5. Finalization & Offboarding

After revisions are done and everything is approved, I’ll package up your final files—organized, optimized, and ready to use across web and print. You’ll also get a tailored brand guide to help you keep things consistent moving forward.

Final invoice gets sent here, and once that’s wrapped, your new brand is officially ready to launch.

Ongoing Support

I don’t disappear after delivery. Whether you need extra assets down the line, help applying your brand, or just want to chat through ideas—I’m here. My goal is to build long-term partnerships, not just one-off projects.
