Designing the identity for The Back Nine was personal — not just because I’m a golfer, but because I understood the spirit behind it. More than a YouTube channel, The Back Nine is a space for stories — about golf, yes, but also about business, reflection, and the kind of conversations you have when the game slows down.
The logo blends tradition with a touch of wit. I built the mark around a classic serif to evoke the prestige and heritage of the sport, then tucked a golf club into the ‘9’ — a small detail that ties it all together. The palette leans timeless, drawing from vintage greens and creams that feel right at home on a clubhouse wall or a crisp polo. It’s a brand made for those who know the back nine is where the real game — and the best stories — begin.
